NATOS NEW COMPETION...

Nato should first be for peace keeping assignment. But now also Nato has become an tool for Usa. 

But for some time ago our all cutee Vladimir Putin felt tiny in the Nato group so for a reason to expand and have an legitimate reason to increas Russian army Crimea came in hand, but also threatend by ISIS. Who have on their agenda to take Crimea with their gaz,oil and uranium and enforce their so called islamic ideologies on Russias muslim/islamic part of population.
But corruption has been in leaders for 70 years. But Vladimir Putin and his KGB friend  topped all former corrupt presidents before him. And to be abel to keep president seat he also brought in more russians wich empty Russias state treature and companies. The only one who is not corrupt is Dmitry Medvedev. So Vladimir Putin take hugh loans to fund the expansion of military sector and gets it updated on borrowed money. 

He sas his heart beats for Russia but treats it's enviroment like an toilet. And moste of Russia population pay with bad health wich Russian state pays each month. 
For example Moslovo in south west Sibiria where enrichment plant leaked high radioactive water into river into human habitat. State pays around 50 us dollars each month for medecine to each sick person. Also other cities have factories who lets out unfiltered smoke wich gives buidlings and surounding nature an layer of toxic dust.Wich in reality also gives population serious medical conditions.                                                                                                 Kalaliningrad and other russian cities dont have treament plant, so waste from toilets ,showers and washingmachines,factories,hospitals goes direct out to sea, lakes and rivers.
So for time being president Vladimir Putin dont want Usa, Turkey, China to have the biggest army. So he priorities russian army before the populations living enviroment and health.
He could invest in russian army in moderate scale and still upgrade Russias enviromental status also and in that swoop big way reduce russias yearly big costs on health sector. 

But russian population health seems to come in second place, so the question how many of Russias comming generation must have an unhealthy diagnosis before he start to take care of russian enviroment and russians habitat. And inprove it envirometal friendly for comming generations better health.

And France with Francois Hollande incrised their nukes too. So BAD BOYS how can you guys think nukes are enviromental friendly ? When nature disaster around the world incrises.

And president Xi Jinping i ask you China guys the same thing. Haven't China enough enviromental issues do you need to add nukes and uranium too ?
