How can they get an clean country when they flud the soil with blood.

This so good edjucated muslims who first fled for being abel to have freedom of speach and political freedom in west country ISIS leaders hate so much. But by making joining ISIS crinimal act and condem thoes as traters and banning them from ones country will reduce their urge to join ISIS.
