MH-17 TRIBUNAL PLANES...

When russians vetoe MH17 tribunal planes, something is then realy wrong. We all know from start of the takeover of Crimea Putin and his army lost total control of how many weapons and off duty soldiers flooded into Ukrane. But one thing from news reports from all over the world reporting from Ukrane and Crimea. So called selfnamed rebell leaders carrying newest and heavy machineguns so one realise rebells who shot down MH 17 used russian missil launch. But an launch pad should be registred at russian authorites. For russian goverment should feel obligation to sharge the person who shot down MH17. 

If we should  impeach countries having their weapon products used in war crime decade 2000 and forward many countries like Usa,Sweden,China also should be in Haag coart. What now is on the agenda with this tribunal is to find the shooter.
