If countries learn from Russia there we have an hugh example when bribes can make an country look like TITANIC. Putins old kgb friends now owning Russias railway and Russias only&biggest building company,witch controls entire Russia every spectra one sees. When this incredible sportarena/city Sortji was built it was estimated severel billion us dollars but ended up severel HUNDRED BILLION us dollars both for railway,roads and buildings or more exact 1000 200 billion us dollars. And in one swoop big drain the Russian state treature on severel hundred billion. Like big compeet of getting quickest richest with the biggest houses on over 1000 square meters. Wich any economically knowledgeable person realise the same amount of money as you work as younger one dont have as retired. And if adults dont show limits how can adult demand limits of youth ?
