Because all countries are focused just on ISIS witch gives time for other terror organisations in Yemen and Afghanistan but also some part of Irak to reload and regain strength.

I realy feel sorry for the arabic people, the entire arabic region to have armed nuke countries so apauling focused on getting the moste power of an foreign region.
