Now Russias goverment reached new low. When 23 million russians are concidered poor is when part of hard working population leave their homes cause they cant afford their rent or paying loans cause Vladimir Putin concider incrise cost for more nukes and military more inportant.

And also to cut cost to inprove military sector and paying state debt and be abel to expand Russias border futher they see need of cutting state staff salaries with 15-25%. But thoes who get more in their private wallet are Russias 100 oligarks.

In my eyes Russias oligarks seem to be more unhealthy indiffirent for the rising amount of poor population getting homeless and among this are also families with underaged children.

What has happend to Russia's political elite have they become so ego centered they cant see some serous cold hearted cynical development in their group has become more common. Even thoes war retired widows who husbands fought in second world war are also living on russian streets cause their retirementincome were to low so they had to be part of Russia's homeless 2015.

Are Vladimir Putin ready to sacrifice a cuple of more millions of Russia's population ending up as homeless to win power struggle with Usa and be stronger part of Arabic area, a more destructive part. It looks more sadly that he is serous speed and power blind for the negative effect his current political agenda turns out in Russia.

Even some of Russia's homeless works but with their low saliries and pensions they cant afford food,so independent help organisations give food to this growing amount of russians.
