And it has to be real clear to Vladimir Putin he has to coopperate with severel other army from different countries cause half of ISIS leadership were former in al-Assad's troops so of course they know al-Assad's war strategy and Russia's also.

If one see from an female point of view the ISIS male leadership would have hell of a problem to stand a female version of beating ISIS militarly.
