Vladimir Putin talked with Bashar al-Assad about new election cause they both concidered Syria needed new political oposition, new objective ones.
What little cutee Vladimir Putin and Bashar it has to be aproved dudes by them. The question how many of Bashar's old political oponants are left in Syria. Even Putin has to realise that al-Assad is an smoked president out for the count. For such a intellegent president Vladimir is realy a stubbern little cutee. And sadly shortsited from an buissness point of view.
