PUTIN BEHIND CHECHNYA POLICEMURDER ?

Facts on table, 28 policemen shot to deth by a man living in Chechnya from Georgia with a machinegun November 2014. Now objective facts have surfaced that Russia's security agency help policemurder Tarkhan out of country down to ISIS Syria. But to be abel to do that it have to been aproved by Vladimir Putin. As an excop why would he want 28 policemen ded in Chechnya?  And why did it not get out in international news, there are 28 widows. Are they still alive and can they afford living in their homes without husband's income ? Are the policemens family also killed to keep everything silent ?

Is that why Putin and Russia goverment helps al-Assad to bomb Assads political opposition before he deal with ISIS ?
1 general and 4 coprals  were before in Assad army, have he plans to use this army dudes to something else that Assad needs Putin's assistance for. Does Putin know Assad plan to fully why he protect he former general and coprals  ISIS leaders ? Is thats why he dont want any other countries army force to see who get killed, like the passangerflight in Ukrane ?
