When president Islam Karimov sends his secret police to different deomcratic countries to keep taps on thoes former residents what they are saying their life were in Uzbekistan. That shows that Islam knows his way of ruling Uzbekistan is wrong. And also scared of loosing his power over Uzbekistans ritch state treature him and his family use as their private extra wallet.
